Orders
Every wheel is built to your specification. When you place an order you receive a build reference, and your configuration is confirmed before production begins. Please check your build sheet carefully, it is what we build from.
We confirm fitment for your exact model and year before we cut anything. If we cannot confirm it fits your car, we cancel and refund you in full before we build.
If we confirm fitment and the wheel does not fit your car when it arrives, that is our error and not yours. Send us your build reference and photographs. We will correct it, or take the wheel back and refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and we pay the return shipping either way.
Changes and cancellation
You can change or cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it, before we cut materials. Email hello@noonsteer.com with your build reference. After 48 hours your wheel is in production. Because each wheel is trimmed to your personal specification it cannot be restocked or resold, so orders cannot be cancelled or returned after that point. This does not affect your rights if the wheel arrives damaged, is not what you configured, or is faulty.
Wheels bought in stock
Everything above and below this section describes a wheel built to your specification. A wheel bought from the in stock page is different: it was finished before you ordered it, so it can go back on the shelf, and it carries a return window that a made to order wheel does not.
You can return an in stock wheel for any reason within 14 days of the day it is delivered, anywhere we ship. To start a return, email hello@noonsteer.com with your order reference inside those 14 days. We reply with the return address, which we give on request rather than publish.
- The wheel must be unused and never installed in a vehicle, in its original packaging.
- You pay the return shipping.
- Once the wheel arrives and has been inspected, we refund the full item price within 7 days, to your original payment method.
The rest of these terms apply to an in stock wheel as they do to any other. A wheel damaged in transit, a wheel that is not what was listed, and a wheel that does not fit are put right or refunded whatever happens, and we pay the shipping in those cases rather than you.
Prices and payment
- Prices are set in US dollars. Your card is charged through Stripe at checkout, and we never see or store your card number.
- The price shown is the price you pay. No tax or fees are added at checkout.
Delivery
We ship from Niagara Falls, NY. Delivery is included in your price, tracked and door to door. We prepay all duties, taxes and brokerage on every order, to every country we ship to. There is nothing further to pay when your wheel arrives. Your wheel arrives five to seven weeks from the day you order, door to door. If demand pushes that out we tell you straight away and keep you updated until it arrives.
Damage in transit
If your wheel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage within 48 hours of delivery and send the photos to hello@noonsteer.com with your build reference. We will repair or replace the wheel at no cost to you, or refund you in full if you would rather.
If we got it wrong
If the wheel you receive is not what you configured, that is on us to put right, whenever it happens. Contact us with your reference and photographs and we will correct it at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every wheel is covered for twelve months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or accident, or problems caused by improper installation. To make a claim, contact us with your build reference and photographs. Where a claim succeeds we will repair or replace the wheel, at our option, or refund it if neither is possible.
The airbag
Wheels ordered with an airbag are supplied with a remanufactured driver airbag module. It is not a new or genuine Porsche part. Our supplier has not provided documentation certifying it to FMVSS 208, CMVSS 208 or any other safety standard, and we do not claim that it meets one. If you want a certified airbag, choose wheel only and have a genuine Porsche airbag fitted by your dealer.
Installation
An airbag is part of your car's restraint system. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified technician. Incorrect installation can stop it working or cause unexpected deployment. Disconnect the battery first and follow the manufacturer's procedure. You are responsible for installation unless it is carried out by us.
Our wheels are built for direct, model specific fitment. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty.
When you get your money back
A refund is due in the following cases:
- You cancel within 48 hours of placing your order.
- You return an in stock wheel within 14 days of delivery. That one follows the terms for wheels bought in stock rather than the timing below: the full item price, within 7 days of the wheel arriving back and being inspected.
- Your wheel arrives damaged in transit and you would rather be refunded than have it repaired or replaced.
- Your wheel is not what you configured and we cannot correct it.
- We cannot confirm the wheel fits your car, so we cancel the order before building it.
- We confirmed fitment, the wheel does not fit your car on arrival, and you would rather be refunded than have it corrected.
Where a refund is due under these terms, we process it to your original payment method within five business days of agreeing it. Card processing times may add a few days on top.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the consumer law of the place you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If we update them, the version in force when you ordered applies to your order.
