Who we are
NOON is a registered business in Ontario, Canada, building bespoke steering wheels to order and delivering worldwide. You can reach us at (647) 561-1401 or hello@noonsteer.com.
Orders
Every wheel is built to your specification. When you place an order you receive a build reference, and your configuration is confirmed before production begins. Please check your build sheet carefully, it is what we build from.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us with your build reference by phone or email.
Because each wheel is trimmed to your personal specification, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Prices and payment
- Prices are set in US dollars. Your card is charged through Stripe at checkout.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Payment is by card through Stripe.
Delivery
Delivery is included in your price, tracked and door to door. We aim to deliver within six weeks of your order. If demand pushes that out, we tell you straight away and keep you updated until it ships. Duties and import charges are covered by us. There is nothing further to pay when your wheel arrives.
Damage in transit
If your wheel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage within 48 hours of delivery and send the photos to hello@noonsteer.com with your build reference. We will repair or replace the wheel at no cost to you.
If we got it wrong
If the wheel you receive is not what you configured, that is on us to put right, whenever it happens. Contact us with your reference and photographs and we will correct it at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every wheel is covered for twelve months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or accident, or problems caused by improper installation. To make a claim, contact us with your build reference and photographs.
Installation
Our wheels are built for direct, model specific fitment. If you are in any doubt about fitting the wheel yourself, have it installed by a professional. Work involving the steering wheel and restraint system deserves proper care, and damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty.
Refunds
Where a refund is due under these terms, we process it to your original payment method within five business days of agreeing it. Card processing times may add a few days on top.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live. Beyond what the law requires, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If we update them, the version in force when you ordered applies to your order.
